Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

 

Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at the J. Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the J. Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

 

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our Website.

 

J. will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered, we'll offer you a free fix.

 

Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

 

    *Note: Above stated terms are only applicable if we be informed ten(10) days after delivery.

 

   *Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

 

 

Returning Orders after Delivery

 

 

On delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please refuse to accept shipment. We will refund the purchase price and delivery costs as soon as the warehouse has handled your return.

 

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within ten(10) calendar days after delivery, without giving us any reason, as long as:

 

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);
  • the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.

 

You are allowed to try garments or shoes on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)

 

Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within ten(10) days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, return charges or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.

 

You cannot return:

 

  • products that have been tampered with
  • incomplete product or partial order
  • customized products (size, style & fabric customization)

 

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within ten(10) days of receipt of goods. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the delivery costs will be refunded.

 

When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, (Which is only applicable in the case of sales within Pakistan) you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name and branch code (see Contact Information). After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.

 

 

Exchange

 

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your product(s). For information on refunds, see the details under refund information. In order to get another product color or size, you will have to place a new order on the Website.

 

 

 Returning Gifts

 

At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders as stated in Returning Orders after Delivery.

 

 

 Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Note that if you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. Please allow two(2) weeks from the time we receive the returned goods (in the case of approved refunds of orders returned after delivery) or from the date of confirmation of cancellation of your order (In the case of order cancellation before delivery).

 

In the event that you have returned goods because they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs. We will refund the recipient with the cost of returning the item postal service up to a maximum cost of USD 10.00 per kg. If you return your order for no reason, you will need to pay for the return shipment and we will not refund the costs you originally paid for delivery.
